Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Supplement to Application for Authority to Launch and Operate Intelsat 37e, a Replacement Satellite with New Frequencies; Call Sign ($2972) File No. SAT—LOA—20160915—00089 Dear Ms. Dortch: At the request of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC" or "Commission") staff, Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein further supplements its Application for Authority to Launch and Operate Intelsat 37e ($2972) to further clarify that: e Selectable center frequencies for channels CMDV and CMDP may be calculated as: Frequency (MHz) = 6422.0 + 0.1*n, where n is an integer from 0 to 25, inclusive; and e Selectable center frequencies for channel CMDH may be calculated as: Frequency (MHz) = 5850.5 + 0.1*n, where n is an integer from 0 to 25, inclusive. Because Intelsat is providing the above information in the format specifically requested by staff, Intelsat assumes it conforms with the requirements of Section 25.1 14(c)(4)(i).l To the extent staff disagrees, Intelsat requests a waiver of Section 25.114(c)(4)(i).
