Dear Ms. Medley, Today, Hughes Network Systems, LLC (HNS) filed an application for a space station license at the geostationary orbital location at 97 degrees West Longitude (File No: SAT—LOA—20160624—00061). The satellite‘s commercial name is JUPITER 2 (a.k.a. ECHOSTAR 19). Associated with this space station application, HNS requests that the FCC submitted an advance publication information for purposes of ITU coordination and notification of the space station. We understand that this ITU filing will be designated as USASAT—71P. Hereby Hughes Network Systems, LLC, accepts all cost recovery responsibilities associated with ITU filings for USASAT—71P.
