Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Notice of Results of In—Orbit Testing and Arrival On—Station of Intelsat 35e Call Sign $2959; File No. SAT—LOA—20160408—00034 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat"), in accordance with the Federal Communication Commission‘s ("Commission") rules,‘ hereby notifies the Commissionthat the in—orbit testing ("IOT") of Intelsat 35e was completed on August 9, 2017 and that the satellite arrived on—station at its licensed orbital location of 34.5° W.L. on August 16, 2017. Intelsat also certifies that Intelsat 35e‘s operational performance is consistent with its license," and that the satellite is capable of using all ofits assigned frequencies. In addition, Intelsat requests a determination from the Commission that the last milestone for the Intelsat 35e satellite, requiring launch and operation of the satellite, has been satisfied and, as a result, Intelsat may release the bond for Intelsat 35¢.
