(Call Sign S2960), File No. SAT-LOA-20160411-00035 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) files this letter pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“Commission”) rules1 to update information concerning the above- referenced pending applications for satellite space station authorizations. In Exhibit C of the pending applications, Intelsat reported that the officers of Intelsat include Franz Russ, Deputy Chairman; Michelle Bryan, Secretary; and Mirjana Hervy, Director, Finance, and that the Board of Managers for Intelsat includes Franz Russ and Michelle Bryan. Intelsat submits this letter to inform the Commission that, additionally, Jacques Kerrest is now Chairman and a member of the Board of Managers of Intelsat.
