Downlink EIRP Uplink Power Frequency Band Beam(s) Density Level Density Level 3.7 – 4.2 GHz -32 dBW/Hz - HHDL, HVDL 11.45 – 11.7 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - NVDL 11.7 – 11.95 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - NAORH, NAORV 11.95 – 12.2 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - NAORH, NAORV 14.0 – 14.5 GHz - -46 dBW/Hz NHUL 14.0 – 14.5 GHz - -48 dBW/Hz BVUL, BHUL Intelsat understands that per the Commission’s rules, it is not obligated to coordinate the above levels with U.S. license applicants and petitioners for U.S. market access that file applications/market access requests after the date of this letter.
