Intelsat clarifies that, contrary to its statement in its March 11, 2014 supplemf:nt,l Intelsat 29e‘s operations in the FSS Planned Band frequencies will be coordinated under the United States of America‘s International Telecommunication Union ("ITU") filing USASAT—101B. In addition, Intelsat clarifies that, contrary to its statement in its November 3, 2014 further supplement," Intelsat 29e‘s operations in the 12.2—12.5 GHz and 17.3—17.55 GHz bands will be coordinated under the United States of America‘s ITU filing USABSS—39.
