(“DigitalGlobe”), by counsel, hereby withdraws its September 3, 2013 Comments on the above-captioned application of Planet Labs Inc. (“Planet Labs”). Following submission of the Comments, DigitalGlobe and Planet Labs engaged in discussions to clarify technical aspects of the Planet Labs application. These clarifications have addressed DigitalGlobe’s concerns raised in the Comments about the potential of interference between Planet Labs’ proposed Earth Exploration Satellite Service (“EESS”) and DigitalGlobe’s own EESS system.
