The Spacecraft Critical Design Review was completed on 8 June 2010. 2. The Spacecraft construction is well underway, and satellite thermal vacuum tests, including the post test data review, were successfully completed on 11 October 2011. 3. Preparations for satellite dynamics tests are underway and expected to be complete by early December 2011. The Spacecraft is planned to be launched on an Ariane 5 Launch Vehicle in the second or third quarter of 2012. The undersigned hereby certifies that all of the above statements are true and correct.
