The Spacecraft Critical Design Review was completed on 25 June 2009. 2. The Spacecraft construction is well underway, and satellite thermal vacuum tests, including the post test data review, were successfully completed on 23 June 2010. 3. Preparations for satellite dynamics tests are underway. The Spacecraft is scheduled to ship to the launch base on 26 October 2010, on schedule for a planned launch in November 2010.
