Washington, DC 20554 Re: IBFS File No. SAT-LOA-20090807-00085 (S2796) Dear Ms. Dortch: Upon further review, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (“DIRECTV”) has become aware of a typographical error contained in the Schedule S submitted with the above referenced application. Specifically, the first row DL1 in Table S7 indicates a maximum beam EIRP of 55.6 dBW. As stated in the narrative portion of the application, this value should instead be 61.6 dBW.
