(“Intelsat”), by its attorneys, files this letter to notify the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) that the electronic version of the International Telecommunication Union (“ITU”) Advance Publication Information (“API”) contained in the file USASAT-50#-API.mdb and referenced in Exhibit 12 of the Engineering Statement for the above-referenced application was inadvertently omitted from the application filed via the International Bureau’s Filing System. Intelsat has emailed a copy of the .mdb file to IBFSINFO@FCC.GOV and respectfully requests that the FCC associate this .mdb file with the above-referenced application.
