As a result, EchoStar intends to proceed with the following five applications:2 IS2440 I SAT-LOA-20020328-00050 I SAT-AMD-2005 1118-00247 S2441 SAT-LOA-20020328-0005 1 I See The Establishment of Policies and Service Rulesfor the Broadcasting-Satellite Service at the 17.3-17.7 GHz Frequency Band and at the 17.7-17.8 GHz Frequency Band Internationally. and at the 24.75-25.135GHz Frequency Bandfor Fixed Satellite Services Providing Feeder Links to the Broadcasting- Satellite Service and for the Satellite Services Operating Bi-directionally in the 17.3-17.8 GHz Frequency Band, Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 07-76,n 146 (May 4,2007) (“Order”). 2 EchoStar reserves the right to modify these five applications upon release of the International Bureau’s Public Notice seeking conforming amendments consistent with the Commission’s final rules in this proceeding. Order, 9 145. At that time, “[a]pplicants can amend their choice of orbital location consistent with our space rules.’’ Id.
