Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Notice of Intent to Prosecute Applications Dear Ms. Dortch: As required pursuant to paragraph 146 of the 17/24 GHz BSS Order,’ DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (“DIRECTV”) hereby notifies the Commission that it intends to proceed with all five of its pending applications for 17/24 GHz BSS authorizations, and amend them as necessary to conform to the new service and technical rules adopted by the Commission. The specific applications (and related call signs) are: SAT-LOA-19970605-00049 (S2242), SAT-LOA-19970605-00050 (S2243), SAT-LOA-19970605-0005 1 (S2244),2 SAT-LOA-20060908-00099 (S271 l), and SAT-LOA-20060908-00100 (S2712). ‘ See Establishment of Policies and Service Rules for the Broadcasting Satellite Service at the 17.3-1 7.7 GHz Frequency Band and at the 17.7-17.8 GHz Frequency Band Internationally, and at the 24.75- 25.25 GHz Frequency Band for Fixed Satellite Services Providing Feeder Links to the Broadcasting- Satellite Service and for the Broadcasting Satellite Service Operating Bi-directionally in the 17.3-1 7.7 GHz Frequency Band, FCC 07-76, f 146 (rel.
