Dear Mr. Sullivan:

        Pursuant to Section 25.170 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.170,
Sirius XM Radio Inc. (“Sirius XM”), on behalf of itself and its wholly-owned
subsidiaries Satellite CD Radio LLC (“Satellite CD”) and XM Radio LLC (“XM”),
submits this letter to satisfy the annual satellite status reporting requirement.

         Sirius XM and its subsidiaries currently provide service from a fleet of five
satellite radio spacecraft. Sirius XM is the licensee for the geostationary FM-5 satellite
(call sign S2710), which is licensed to provide service from the nominal 86° W.L.
orbital location. Satellite CD is the licensee of the geostationary FM-6 satellite (call
sign S2812), which is licensed to provide service from the nominal 116° W.L. orbital
location. XM is the licensee for XM-3 (call sign S2617), which is licensed to provide
service from the nominal 85° W.L. orbital location, XM-4 (call sign S2616), which is
licensed to provide service from the nominal 115° W.L. orbital location, and XM-5
(call sign S2786), which is licensed to provide service from the nominal 85° W.L.
orbital location and is currently operating as an in-orbit spare.

Identification Of Any Space Station(s) Not Available For Service Or Otherwise
Not Performing To Specifications As Of May 31 Of The Current Year, Any
Spectrum Within The Scope Of The Part 25 License Or Market Access Grant
That The Space Station Is Unable To Use, The Cause(s) Of These Difficulties, And
The Date Any Space Station Was Taken Out Of Service Or The Malfunction Was
Identified (47 C.F.R. § 25.170(a))

Construction progress and anticipated launch dates for authorized replacement
satellites. (47 C.F.R. § 25.170(c))

       Sirius XM has requested Commission authority for two replacement satellites,
SXM-7 (call sign S3033) and SXM-8 (call sign S3034). Construction of both satellites
is under way. Sirius XM plans to launch SXM-7 in late 2019 and SXM-8 in mid-2020.
