Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: MSV International, LLC Call Sign S2487 Withdrawal of Request for Withdrawal and Release of Performance Bond Dear Ms. Dortch: LightSquared LP (“LightSquared”), on behalf of MSV International, LLC, hereby withdraws the Request for Withdrawal and Release of Performance Bond (June 12, 2006) in connection with the above-referenced FCC satellite license and associated performance bond (Bond Number 2049262).1 Consistent with the obligations specified in the performance bond, within 30 days LightSquared will remit directly to the FCC the sum of $2.25 million, which is the outstanding amount of the performance bond. 1 LightSquared is the former parent company of MSV International, LLC, which has been dissolved as an entity.
