("SES AMERICOM), by its attorneys, hereby advises the Commission that the AMC-10 C-band spacecraft, launched on February 5, 2004, is fully operational at 135" W.L. as of May 5, 2004, in accordance with the authorization granted in the above-referenced proceeding.
