Dear Ms. Dortch:

       Pursuant to Section 25.280(a) of the Commission’s rules (47 C.F.R. § 25.280(a)), Intelsat
License LLC hereby notifies the FCC of the commencement of inclined orbit operations for Intelsat 10
located at 47.5° E.L.1 Set forth below is the information required by the Commission.

(1)     The operator’s name is Intelsat License LLC.

(2)     The satellite left the 0.05° inclination control box on July 1, 2015. The last north/south station-
        keeping maneuver occurred on June 4, 2015.

(3)     The initial inclination (after the last north/south station-keeping maneuver) was .04312.

(4)     The rate of change in inclination per year is as follows:
