reconsideration (filed Jun. 22, 2005) of the International Bureau‘s grant of the above—captioned
applications. See Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC, DA 05—1955, Order and Authorization, 20
FCC Red 9752 (2005). EchoStar also withdraws its pending application for review (filed Oct. 15, 2004)
of the Bureau‘s earlier reinstatement of File No. SAT—AMD—20040209—00014. See Mobile Satellite
Ventures Subsidiary LLC, DA 04—2985, Order, 19 FCC Red 18133 (2004).
