World Satellite, LLC ("KaStarcom"), applicant for authorization to launch and operate two Ka—band satellites, hereby corrects minor inadvertent errors in the ownership information and radio station ownership interests contained in its application. Both as initially reported and as hereby corrected, control of KaStarcom has at all times rested with Televerde Communications Corp. ("TCC"), the Manager. Consequently, these ownership corrections do not involve any change in beneficial ownership or control of KaStarcom whatsoever, and are reported for informational purposes only. In its application, KaStarcom reported the ownership interests that WSS Misc. Trust, David S. Segaloff Family Trust, Peter M. Segaloff Family Trust, WSS/Boys Trust, Segaloff Grandchildren‘s D&E Trust, Elizabeth B. David Trust, J. William David Trust, Joshua M. David Trust and Gregory B. David Trust hold in KaStarcom. These interests total 39% of the membership interests in KaStarcom. KaStarcom hereby reports that E.D. David is the trustee for each of these trusts and is therefore the beneficial holder of such membership interests. Mr. David also holds an individual membership interest of .925 % in KaStarcom. Mr. David is a United States citizen whose business address is 301 Hiden Boulevard, Suite 200, Newport News, Virginia 23606. In addition, KaStarcom hereby corrects certain information regarding the radio station ownership interests of David M. Drucker. The above—described corrections are reflected in the revised Exhibits V and VI to the FCC Form 430 that are attached hereto.
