Section 25.14- Report NetSat 28 Company, L.L.C. (‘NetSat 28”) submits the following information current as of June 30,2003: 1. Status of ConstructionlAnticiDated Launch Date NetSat 28 is continuing work on development and implementation of its satellite system. Specifically, Lord Space Systems, Inc. (“Laral”) continues to develop the satellite bus and payload, and EMS Technologies, Inc. is continuing to support the satellite payload development. Lord is contracted to provide in-orbit delivery of the NetSat 28 satellite, but it has not yet set a specific launch date. 2. List of Non-Scheduled Suace Station Outages Not applicable. The NetSat 28 space station has not yet been launched. 3. Suace Stations Not Available for Service Not applicable. The NetSat 28 space station has not yet been launched.
