(Debtor—in—Possession). On July 15, 2003, Loral Space & Communications Ltd. (now Loral Space & Communications Ltd. (Debtor—in—Possession)) and certain of its affiliates, including Loral Orion, Inc. (collectively, "Loral"), commenced with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York voluntary cases under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code.‘ Four copies of this letter are enclosed for the FCC‘s files. This amendment represents a minor change in the applicant‘s corporate status and should not be considered a major amendment as per rule 25.116(b)(3). Loral‘s chapter 11 cases have been consolidated for procedural purposes only and are being jointly administered pursuant to Rule 1015(b) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure under the caption of In re Loral Space & Communications Ltd., et al.
