Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Annual Report of EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation – Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 25.170 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 25.170 of the Federal Communications Commission’s rules, 1 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation (EchoStar) submits this annual report. EchoStar is the licensee of the following space stations, which have been placed into operation: S2739 (EchoStar I); S2741 (EchoStar III); S2232 (EchoStar VI); S2143 (EchoStar IX); S2179 (EchoStar IX); S2653 (EchoStar XII); S2811 (EchoStar XV); S2844 (EchoStar XVI), and S2181 (AMC-16). 2 47 C.F.R. § 25.170(a) As of May 31, 2017, all space stations are available for service and are performing to specifications. All space stations are able to use the entire spectrum within the scope of the Part 25 licenses or market access grants. 47 C.F.R. § 25.170(b) For emergency situations that require immediate attention, the Spacecraft Operations Centers (SOC), located in Cheyenne, WY and Gilbert, AZ, should be contacted. Those centers are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The phone number for the Cheyenne SOC is 307-633-5460. The phone number for the Gilbert SOC is 480-558-2778. For interference issues, the Technical Operations Center (TOC) should be contacted. This center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The phone number for the TOC is 307-633-5266.
