("Constellation"), by its attorneys, hereby files this request for acceptance of late filed pleading in the above—captioned proceeding. On August 15, 1997, Constellation filed a motion for a de minimis extension of time for filing oppositions to Applications for Review filed on July 31, 1997. That request for extension oftime was based on the consent of counsel for the three parties that had filed Applications for Review. Because the Commission has not issued a decision on Constellation‘s Motion for Extension of Time, Constellation requests that the Commission accept its late filed Consolidated Opposition in the event the extension request is denied.
