Section 25.143(e) Report for 1.6/2.4 GHz Mobile Satellite System Constellation Communications Holdings, Inc. ("Constellation") submits the following information current as of September 30, 2002. 1. Status of Satellite Construction/Launch Dates In June 1998, Constellation entered into a satellite construction contract and launch agreement with Orbital Sciences Corporation which satisfied the first milestone in Constellation‘s license. This satellite construction agreement remains in effect. As a result of the financial and operational problems faced by other mobile satellite service licensees, Constellation has requested an extension of time for the remaining milestones. 2. List of Non—Scheduled Space Station Outages Not applicable. 3. Utilization of In—Orbit System Not applicable. 4. Space Stations Not Available for Service Not applicable. 214073_1.D0C
