(‘SES Americom), by its attorneys, hereby notifies the Commission thatit has placed its Satcom C—1 spacecraft into a disposal orbit in accordance with Sections 25.282 and 25.283 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 25.282 & 25.283. SES Americom commenced deorbit maneuvers on April 20, 2005, and completed the maneuvers on April 21, 2005. SES Americom has subsequently confirmed that Satcom C—1 is in a disposal orbit with a perigee 304 km above the geostationary are and an apogee $23 km above the geostationary are.
