Over the past months, I have spoken to Mr. Jim Culligan, who filed the petition in your behalf. In our last telephone conversation I indicated to Mr. Culligan that there were certain deficiencies in your petition that needed to be corrected before we can proceed. As of today, I have not received any amendments of supplements to your petition. Therefore, your petition in its current form is not sufficient to challenge the reasonableness of your local building code. Please respond by Friday, May 30 with any additional materials or documents if you plan to proceed with this petition. If you choose not to proceed at this time, you may send a brief written statement indicating that you are voluntarily withdrawing your petition.
