On September 15,2003 SES Americorn, Inc. (“SES’)hand-served the applicants in this proceeding with its pleading. In addition, EchoStar Satellite Corporation (“EchoStar”) filed comments,on September 15,2003, but served the applicants by first-class mail. Pursuant to the Federal Communications Commission’s (“Commission’s”)rules,’ responses to the SES pleading are due on Thursday, September 25,2003, while the responses to I I 47 C.F.R. $81.4, 1.45(h).

Echostar’s pleading, delivered by mail, are due on Tuesday, September 30, 2003. Given the commonality of matters discussed in these pleadings and the limited resources of the Commission, consolidated responses addressing all the pleadings filed would be appropriate and administratively efficient. Therefore, Intelsat respectfully requests, to the extent necessary, leave for interested parties to file consoIidated responses to all pleadings filed in this proceeding on Tuesday, September 30,2003. Intelsat has advised the Commission’s staff and affected parties of the immediate request. Counsel for SES and counsel for EchoStar have indicated to counsel for Intelsat that they have no objection to the instant request.
