Form 312 Exhibit E, Page 1 of 4 EXHIBIT E On February 15, 2002, Globalstar, L.P., filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptey Court for the District of Delaware. During the pendency of the Chapter 11 proceeding, the ownership structure of Globalstar, LP. (GLP), will remain unchanged. GLP is a Delawarelimited partnership and is licensed to launch and operate a Mobile—Satellite Service system at 2 GHz.1 GLP has two general partners, Loral Qualcomm Satellite Services, L.P. (LQSS), and Globalstar Telecommunications Limited (GTL). The limited partners are listed below. LQSS, a Delaware limited partnership, is the managing general partner. GTL, a Bermuda company, is publicly—traded. The sole general partner of LQSS is Loral/Qualcomm Partnership, LP. (LQP), also a Delaware limited partnership, whose legal qualifications are a matter of record at the Commission." LQP‘s managing general partner is Loral General Partner, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Loral Space & Communications Ltd. (Loral Space), a Bermuda company, is the ultimate parent of Loral General Partner, Inc., and ultimately controls a majority of the partnership interests in LQP. LQSS, LQP and Loral General Partner, Inc. have also filed for bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Loral Space is a company incorporated in the Islands of Bermuda.
