("Motient‘") and Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC ("MSV Sub") filed on March 2, 2001. Ericsson supports the application to assign the earth and space station authorizations and Section 214 authorizations held by Motient to MSV Sub, LLC. Ericsson also supports the application for modification of space and earth station authorizations held by Motient to permit MSV Sub, LLC to operate using certain Canadian—licensed facilities. Ericsson also concurs with Motient‘s request for a second—generation satellite system with respect to the provision of replacement capacity for its currently authorized satellites.
