See Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC, Application, File No. SAT—ASG—20010302—00017 et al. (March 2, 2001). MSV is aware that, as a result of the actions taken at the 1998 Plenipotentiary Conference, processing fees will now be charged by the International Telecommunications Union ("‘ITU") for satellite filings. As a consequence, Commuission applicants are responsible for any and all fees charged by the ITU. See Public Notice, DA 01—2435 (October 19, 2001). This letter —constitutes confirmation that MSV is aware of and unconditionally accepts this requirement and its responsibility to pay any ITU cost recovery fees associated with its ITU filings for the above— referenced satellite and others associated with the system that MSV may file for at a later date.
