- New Spectrum Satellite, Ltd. is amending its application to delete the request to use C-band spectrum in light of the Commission's recent actions re-allocating 300 MHz of the C-band downlink spectrum. To compensate for this loss of access to the C-band spectrum, the amendment will add new frequencies. In addition, the design of the system is being updated to reflect advances in technology.
