- Application to amend the pending modification application with respect to XR-1, the initial satellite in the R2 Space network. R2 Space seeks authority to add an additional X-band downlink channel which, like the pending S-band modification, will align its license with the frequencies specified in the ITU API filed shortly after licensing. This amendment includes an updated Schedule S reflecting the proposed additional frequency use and other minor updates to its operational parameters.
