       SAT‐AMD‐20190207‐00008

Ms. Dortch:

        Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”), by counsel, hereby affirms that Intelsat and Space
Logistics, LLC (“Space Logistics”) have coordinated the operation of Intelsat 901 (S2405) and
MEV‐1 (S2990) as a combined vehicle stack (“CVS”) at the 27.5° W.L. orbital location. As such,
Intelsat has no objection to the Federal Communications Commission authorizing Space
Logistics to provide telemetry, tracking, and command (“TT&C”) in frequencies licensed for
operation by Intelsat 901 at 29.5° W.L.,1 requested for operation by Intelsat 901 at 27.5° W.L.,2
and licensed for operation by Intelsat 907 at 27.5° W.L.3 for the limited purpose of operating
MEV‐1 as a CVS with Intelsat 901 at 27.5° W.L.4 The specific MEV‐1 frequencies for the CVS are:
3944.5 MHz and 3955.5 MHz (space‐to‐Earth); and 6170.0 MHz and 6180.0 MHz (Earth‐to‐
space).5
