      2.     Earth station facilities providing telemetry, tracking and command ("TT&C")
communications for ViaSat—2 are located in Albuquerque, New Mexico (Call Sign E160089) and
Des Moines, Iowa (Call Sign E160091).

        3.     TT&C communications for ViaSat—2 are not provided from any earth stations
located outside of the United States.
