Dear Ms. Dortch:

SES Americom, Inc. (“SES”), by its attorney and pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s
rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby supplements the record relating to the above-referenced
application for a Commission license to operate SES-3 in the C- and Ku-bands as a
replacement for the AMC-1 satellite. Specifically, SES advises the Commission that to prepare
for the transfer of traffic, SES-3 has been repositioned from 103.1° W.L. +/- 0.05 degrees to
103.0° W.L. +/- 0.05 degrees, where it is being flown in formation with AMC-1.
