The SES-3 application has been designated as permit- but-disclose for purposes of the ex parte rules effective October 31, 2013. 1 I reiterated SES’s arguments previously made on the record and discussed possible resolutions of the pending application and plans for handover of traffic from AMC-1 to SES-3, including potential interim measures to begin the transition.
