Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: LightSquared Subsidiary LLC Launch and Operate Milestone Certification Call Sign: S2358 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 25.164 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.164, LightSquared Subsidiary LLC (“LightSquared”) hereby provides the attached certification stating that LightSquared has met its final milestone for the above- referenced satellite license.1 As explained in the certification, SkyTerra 1 was launched on November 14, 2010 and since has completed transmissions with licensed earth stations on all authorized frequencies. Accordingly, LightSquared has satisfied the launch and operate milestone associated with its license2 and requests that the Commission issue an Informative Public Notice to that effect. 1 See Stamp Grant, File Nos.
