Barbee Ponder, Globalstar’s General Counsel, along with Josh Roland and the undersigned, both counsel to Globalstar, met with Paul de Sa, Mindel De La Torre, Roderick Porter, Robert Nelson, and Suzanne Tetreault to discuss issues related to the above-referenced proceedings. The views expressed on behalf of Globalstar in connection with each of these proceedings were consistent with those expressed in its previous filings with the Commission. In addition, Globalstar urged the Commission to promptly grant each of the pending applications in anticipation of the first launches of Globalstar’s second-generation satellites, which are on schedule to take place in late-September or early-October of this year.
