Intelsat North America LLC (Intelsat"), pursuant to Section 25.121(d) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.121(d), hereby notifies the Commission that the Intelsat 15 satellite (call sign $2789) was successfully placed into orbit at 85.15° E.L. and became fully operational at that location as of January 16, 2010, in accordance w1th the terms of its FCC authorization. 1 In addition, Intelsat seeks a determination from the Commission that the last milestone for the Intelsat 15 satellite, requiring launch and operation of the satellite, has been satisfied.
