As stated in the application, DIRECTV Enterprises LLC, Intelsat North America LLC, and Pegasus have executed an Orbital Location Rationalization Agreement through which the parties intend to consummate a series of transactions that will serve the public interest by simplifymg the 17/24 GHz BSS applications currently before the Commission, rationalizing the licensing of valuable orbital/spectrum resources, and maximizing the operational capabilities of their proposed systems at the nominal 91" W.L., 99"W.L. and 107" W.L. orbital locations.
