McDowell‘s office regarding AtContact‘s pending Motion for Stay and Petition for Reconsideration of the International Bureau‘s Order nullifying AtContact‘s satellite space station licenses. During these meeting we discussed the consequences to AtContact and its Alaska and other subscribers should relief sought by the Petition for Reconsideration not be granted, with particular emphasis on removal of the outstanding bond. We further emphasized AtContact‘s position that it has complied with the commencement of construction milestone requirement and the uncertainties of law and fact contained in the Bureau‘s Order.
