See SAT-AMD- 2008021 3-00043 (filed Feb. 13,2008), SAT-AMD-200802 13-00042 (filed Feb. 13,2008), SAT-AMD- 20080213-00045 (filed Feb. 13,2008), SAT-AMD-20080114-00021 (filed Jan. 14,2008), SAT-AMD- 20080213-00044 (filed Feb. 13,2008).’ EchoStar is aware that as a result of the actions taken at the 1998 Plenipotentiary Conference, processing fees will now be charged by the International Telecommunication Union (“ITU”) for satellite network filings. As a consequence, Commission applicants are responsible for any and all fees charged EchoStar previously filed a letter accepting the ITU costs associated with these networks on February 5,2008. Subsequently, EchoStar amended four of the applications identified in the February 5 letter. On March 13,2008, EchoStar submitted revised ITU information associated with USABSN-9A and USABSN- 15 and submitted a revised cost recovery letter for these two networks on April 1 1,2008. In response to a request from FCC staff, we are submitting this revised cost recovery letter identifying the most current FCC file numbers associated with each satellite network.
