        Pegasus Development DBS Corporation ("Pegasus"), by its attorneys, hereby
submits a copy of an executed Rider to the performance bond associated with the
above—referenced FCC authorization.‘ The Rider changes the "Principal Name" in the
performance bond from Pegasus to 115 License Subsidiary, LLC in order to reflect
the recent grant and consummation of the assignment of the above—referenced FCC
authorization. See File No. SAT—ASG—20090921—00098.
