AtContact summarized the factual submissions and arguments made in its recently filed Motion for Stay and Petition for Reconsideration of the International Bureau’s Order nullifying AtContact’s satellite space station licenses. AtContact emphasized its current services to Alaskans and other rural residents, and its plans to usher in improved and enriched satellite broadband services in hard-to-reach rural areas.
