(“ICO”) requests permission to withdraw its petition for partial reconsideration (“Petition”) filed in the above-captioned proceeding on January 18,2007. In its Petition, I C 0 sought partial reconsideration of the International Bureau’s denial of ICO’s request for waiver of Section 25.202(g) of the Commission’s rules2 to permit use of C-band kequencies to conduct limited telemetry, tracking, and command (“TT&C”) operations on a non-harmful interference basis. For purposes of administrative convenience and efficiency, I C 0 is withdrawing its Petition to facilitate the Commission’s consideration of a similar waiver request set forth in an appropriate earth station application. ’ 47 C.F.R. 5 1.8, 47 C.F.R. 9 25.202(g).
