(‘SES GLOBAL), by its attorneys and pursuant to Section 25.119() of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.119(0, hereby advises the Commission that on March 30, 2006, SES GLOBAL completed the acquisition of New Skies Satellites Holdings Ltd. (‘New Skies") andits subsidiaries authorized in the above—referenced proceedings. See Application of New Skies Satellites Holdings Ltd., Transferor, and SES GLOBAL $.A., Transferee, to Transfer Control of Authorizations Held by New Skies Networks, Inc., and Notification of Change to Permitted Space Station List, International Authorizations Granted, DA 06—699 (Intl Bur. rel. March 29, 2006) (‘Transfer Order®). Pursuant to the terms of the Transfer Order, SES GLOBAL also advises the Commission that the post—consummation ownership structure of the New Skies entities is as outlined in the chart labeled "Alternative Post— Consummation Ownership Chart" in Exhibit B of the Transfer Order.
