Washington, D.C. 20554 Re:_ ITU Cost Recovery Fees for USABSN—23, USABSN—12A and USABSN—13A Dear Mr. Nelson: DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC ("DIRECTV") is aware that, as a result of actions taken at the International Telecommunication Union‘s 1998 Plenipotentiary Conference, and modified by the ITU Council in 2001, 2002 and 2004, processing fees will now be charged by the ITU for satellite network filings. As a consequence, Commussion applicants are now responsible for any and all fees charged by the ITU. DIRECTV hereby states that it is aware of this requirement and accepts responsibility to pay any Cost Recovery fees associated with its applications for the USABSN—23, USABSN—12A, and USABSN—13A networks at 118.4° W.L., 103° W.L. and 99° W.L., respectively. (The associated FCC call signs are $2244, $2712, and $2711, respectively.) Invoices for such fees should be sent to the undersigned.
