See DIRECTYV Enterprises, LLC, 21 FCC Red. 8028 (Int‘l Bur. 2006). Pursuant to paragraph 23 of that order, DIRECTV hereby certifies that DIRECTV 98 has arrived at its assigned orbital location of 101.1° W.L. and is fully operational at that location as of December 18, 2006.
