This amendment provides a two degree spacing analysis for the C−band feeder link uplink and TT&C uplink and downlink bands that LM−RPS−71E ATT 10

Lockheed Martin further amends its pending application for an RNSS space station license for the 71 degrees East orbital location to provide additional information responsive to the Commission’s January 26, 2005 letter. This amendment provides a two degree spacing analysis for the C−band feeder link uplink and TT&C uplink and downlink bands that Lockheed Martin will use in conjunction with this spacecraft.
