This application amends Columbia’s May 10, 2002 mod5cation application - FCC File No. SAT-MOD-20020517-00078 (“the Application”). Columbia recently learned that there were typographxal errors in the FCC Form 312 for the application with respect t o the applicant name and associated FRN. Specfically, the Application incorrectly identlfies the applicant as SES Americom, Inc., Columbia’s parent company. The correct applicant and associated FRN for this application is Columbia Communications Corporation (FRN: 0005-8287-69). Columbia requests that the Commission revise the pending Application t o reflect Columbia as the applicant. Furthermore, we request that the Commission revise the FRN associated with the Application.
